What happens to what you send us.

We use what you send only to reply to you. We don’t sell it or add you to a mailing list.

Only what you enter or choose in a form.

• The presence scan needs your business name, your name and your email. Your website, where you serve, what you want most, a note and your phone number are optional.
• The contact form needs your business name, your name and your email. Everything else is optional: your website, the kind of business, where you are in the journey, what you want most, what frustrates you, what takes your time, where leads slip through, where you serve, your monthly budget, your timing, anything else you tell us, and your phone number. Two of these questions appear only if you choose More calls and leads, or AI and automation.
• If your browser has JavaScript turned off, the scan box at the end of many of our pages is a plain form that puts the business name you type into the address of the scan page, so the form opens already filled in. That address can stay in your browser’s history and in the host’s server logs. With JavaScript on, nothing you enter is put in the address.

For a presence scan, we look up your business name, website and city or the areas you serve in search engines and AI tools, such as ChatGPT and Google, to check how your business shows up. We never enter your personal contact details (your name, email or phone) into them.

When you send a form, the site passes it by email, through our email provider (Hostinger), to our own inbox. We read it and reply to you by email.

The site keeps no copy of what you send. There is no database behind the forms.

We keep what you send in our email inbox, so we can answer you and pick up the conversation later.

If you want it deleted, email info@roamingempiremedia.com and we’ll delete every copy we hold, including our replies to you.

• No advertising pixels.
• Our fonts are served from this site, not from a font service.

The company that hosts this site keeps standard server logs, as most hosts do: the address a request came from, the browser it used, and the page it asked for, including any business name carried by the scan box if your browser has JavaScript turned off. They are used to run and protect the service.

This site is run by [LEGAL NAME: TO-CONFIRM] (Roaming Empire Media), in the Houston area.
