Terms
The terms for using this site.
Plain language, for anyone who uses roamingempiremedia.com. Work we do for a client is agreed in writing with that client, separately.

Who we are
This site is run by [LEGAL NAME: TO-CONFIRM] (Roaming Empire Media), in the Houston area.
Using this site
You’re welcome to read this site, share it and link to it.
Please don’t copy its design, words or images to use as your own, and don’t try to break it or overload it.
The presence scan
Applying for a presence scan doesn’t create a contract. It doesn’t oblige you to hire us, and it doesn’t oblige us to take on the work.
No promises about results
Search rankings, map placement and the answers AI tools give are decided by Google and other companies, not by us.
Where this site describes results, they are typical results from real work, never a promise of what will happen for your business.
What clients own
When we build for a client, the client owns the domain, the accounts and the site we make for them. The exact terms go in each client’s written agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
